DescriptionCurrie Hall currently has a $250 deposit to hold a room and $0 application fees. Students can apply on our website and sign a lease (all electronic) and all they need to do is pay first month’s rent on August 1! No upfront fees or deposits right now.

We will absolutely work with students who may have financial aid disbursements in late August but need to move in and pay rent sooner than the disbursement date. We will set up a deferment agreement based on each resident’s unique timeline. For example, if a student’s lease starts August 1 but they don’t receive financial aid awards until August 22, we can set up an agreement where they pay August 23 and then pay their next rent installment on Sept. 1. We are happy to accommodate as we know this poses a timing issue in August.
